This patient didn't like the look of her glabellar lines in between her eyebrows, and requested Xeomin (another brand of Botox) to lessen their appearance. The top photo is a "before" photo of her squinting, and in the bottom "after" photo - believe it or not - she is trying juts as hard to squint! Botox is a quick, easy, and fairly painless process that offers susbstanial results.

This patient came into our office hoping for a straighter, brighter smile. His teeth had staining from Tetracycline antibiotics from childhood. Dr. Cadwell achieved this patient's goals with a 12 month course of aligners, followed by veneers placed on the upper and lower front teeth. We think he looks terrific!

This patient wanted to redesign her smile as she had three deciduous (baby) teeth in front that were never replaced by adult teeth. We extracted the deciduous teeth and gave her a flipper (a removable partial denture; similar to a retainer) to disguise the gaps while she had time to heal. We then placed implants, and later, implant crowns on the three teeth. At the same time, we also made two veneers for her front teeth to improve their appearance. We think her end result looks incredible!

This patient presented with two congenitally missing teeth. Rather than use a flipper (which is removable; similar to a retainer) the patient opted to get a bridge. The bridge gave him six new teeth by attaching to neighboring teeth. This also gave us the opportunity to help him accomplish his cosmetic goals for all of his front teeth. We think his end result looks fantastic!

We can often improve the function and appearance of teeth using composite bonding (tooth-colored fillings). Over time, teeth can chip, old fillings can stain or break, or new cavities can form on teeth. In this example, the front tooth was not heavily broken down, but you can see the “wear and tear.” Composite bonding was used to match the color of the natural tooth and create an esthetic, healthy result.
