Placing Upper Anterior Veneers and Implants

This patient wanted to redesign her smile as she had three deciduous (baby) teeth in front that were never replaced by adult teeth. We extracted the deciduous teeth and gave her a flipper (a removable partial denture; similar to a retainer) to disguise the gaps while she had time to heal.

We then placed implants, and later, implant crowns on the three teeth. At the same time, we also made two veneers for her front teeth to improve their appearance. We think her end result looks incredible!
