Dr Fix Appointed to Board of Directors for Volunteers in Medicine

Dr. Tyler Fix was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for Volunteers in Medicine (V.I.M.) here in Central Oregon! He has a heart for service, leadership, and community centrism, and he is thrilled to further support the mission of the program.
V.I.M. is a non-profit organization that “provides healthcare to low-income, working adults who live in Central Oregon and have no medical insurance or means to pay for care. [There are] 200+ in-clinic volunteers and over 300 local medical partners [that] collaborate to provide patients with necessary primary and specialty medical care, prescription medications, and mental health care.”
Dr. Fix, Dr. Cadwell, and the team at PureCare Dental have been partners with V.I.M. for many years, donating and discounting emergent dental treatments to multiple patients on a monthly basis. You can read more about V.I.M. at vim-cascades.org
