A bridge is used to replace missing teeth and stays permanently in your mouth. It is cemented onto the two anchor teeth (abutments) like crowns that are all linked together. Bridges can be made for front teeth and back teeth. It is a great option for when patients do not want to or cannot undergo implant surgery. In this case, this patient had an old bridge that incorporated 4 teeth; they wanted it replaced with a modern material. The new bridge creates a more natural appearance, and they were thrilled with the result.
