PERSONALIZED ORTHODONTIC CARE

The right plan begins with your goals.

Every smile, bite, and orthodontic concern is different. During an aligner consultation, we evaluate your teeth and bite, talk about what you would like to change, and determine whether clear aligners may be an appropriate approach.

If aligners are a good fit, digital planning helps us map a personalized treatment path and explain what to expect before you begin.

SATISFYING RESULTS

Patient Testimonial

We received this wonderful testimonial from a patient about her experience with Dr White and our clear retainers. She used “Candid” which is similar to Invisalign, but done with less physical visits into the office!

Jessica wrote, “I stopped smiling around my mid-50’s because my teeth were becoming more and more crooked. I am so happy with my decision to use Candid aligners. The process is so simple; they send you a box of aligners, and you scan your teeth every few weeks (they provide the scanner). Then you move on to the next tray. I just completed my box of aligners and feel more confident and can’t stop smiling. Also, Dr White and her team are kind and supportive and are with you every step of the way. After sharing my experience, I have two friends who are on their way to a great smile

ALIGNMENT GOALS

A discreet option for many common concerns.

Clear aligners may be considered for a range of alignment concerns. Your consultation will determine what is appropriate for your teeth, bite, health, and goals.

01

Crowding

Create more orderly spacing when teeth overlap or do not have enough room to align comfortably.

02

Gaps and spacing

Address spaces between teeth when orthodontic movement is an appropriate solution.

03

Mild to moderate alignment concerns

Improve the position of teeth that are rotated, uneven, or out of alignment.

04

Bite considerations

Evaluate how your upper and lower teeth come together and whether aligner treatment may be part of a broader care plan.

CLEAR ALIGNER QUESTIONS

Helpful answers before you get started.

Here are answers to common questions. Your consultation is the best place to discuss what treatment could look like for your specific smile.

Clear aligners may be an option for many orthodontic concerns, but they are not the best fit for every smile or bite. During a consultation, we evaluate your teeth, gums, bite, oral-health history, and goals to determine whether aligner treatment may be appropriate.

Treatment time varies based on the complexity of tooth movement, how consistently aligners are worn, and your individual response to treatment. After evaluating your smile and developing a plan, we can give you a more personalized estimate. Most cases take between 6-18 months, averaging around 12 months.

Clear aligners must be worn for a minimum of 22 hours per day and removed for eating, drinking anything other than water, brushing, and flossing. Your dentist will provide instructions for your specific plan, including how long to wear each set of aligners.

Yes, aligners must be removed when eating, brushing, and flossing. It is important to follow your care team’s instructions and return aligners to your teeth promptly so treatment stays on track.

Teeth can shift over time, so retainers are commonly used after active orthodontic treatment. We will recommend an appropriate retention plan and explain how to care for your retainers to help maintain your results.
